What To Expect When Ordering
Placing An Order
After Paying for your order you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received and accepted your order. Once this has happened we will move to art and proofing. (Art Proofs will not begin until payment has been made in full (or 60% depending on price of job*) Most Print Jobs expected under 2 weeks
Art may take up to 3 days as we receive a few orders a day and we go right in order. Once Art Proof is sent to you, you may either approve or deny it. If denied we will redo the proof and resend until you are happy with the final product. (NOTE: Only 3 art proofs will be given until we have to charge an art fee)
Art Fee: is 20$ For any major changes to design after 3 proofs
Orders will not go in to production until Art is approved. All Art approvals must be submitted by email or signed in person at the shop. Once Art is fully approved we will put your job in to production.
During the process above we would have ordered the garments you approved so they would be in when your art was approved and we can go to print! At this point we should be about 5 days in to your order. Jobs go in order of date received unless otherwise specified (If Customer needs a rush order) Most Jobs Fit in to a 5 day print schedule and should bring us to the end of week 2. We do try to print jobs as quick as received so you may expect your job before the 2 week time frame. But not promised unless rush fee is paid.
After your job has been printed and doubled checked for errors we will contact you via your information provided and let you know your order is ready. At that point you can jump with excitement and come pick up your order from either our inside pick up or our contact free pick up cabinet out front of the shop!
